You Can Get DXO FilmPack 3 Photo Editing Software Free Until August 15th

Trying to make digital photos look like they were shot on film is extremely popular at the moment and DXO’s Filmpacks are a pretty solid method for achieving that analog look. And right now (until August 15th), they’re giving away the previous-gen film pack software in exchange for your email address.

The software is essentially designed to give your digital photos the “look” of some well-known film stocks. The interface is fairly clean and easy to use, so even if you don’t end up loving what it does to your photos, at least you got to try it for free. If you do like it, DXO hopes you’ll want to upgrade to the newer version, which has quite a few extra options.
