Reflection of Spring
As part of the annual National Cherry Blossom Festival held in Washington D.C., the festival organizers teamed up with FotoDC to create the National Cherry Blossom Photo Contest, a photo contest open to any and all who attended the event, with cash and prizes to the top three in any category.
