The Lecia X-1 BMW edition comes with a 24mm Elmarit f/2.8 ASPH lens.
Just in case you woke up this morning feeling extra swanky, Leica announced the newest special edition camera in their growing line of pricey collaborations, this time in the form of a Leica X1 BMW edition.
The retro-looking metal-bodied camera is essentially the same as any other Leica X-1 except for its specially wrapped leather body. In fact, the only indication that the camera has anything to do with BMW at all is an engraved logo located on the top of the camera in front of the hotshoe.
Only about 600 of these bad boys will be available, so if you really want one, you better be prepared to shell out $3500 (the X1 normally costs $2600), or you could just name your first born Leica, that may work.
