Did you read all the documentation that came with your copy of Photoshop? It’s OK, we understand. And apparently Adobe does too, because they’ve released a free White Paper (PDF link) outlining the process for getting Photoshop running as smoothly as possible on your setup. At 10 dense pages, it’s still not exactly light reading, but it might end up saving you tons of time you’d otherwise spend waiting for incorrectly set-up software to work its magic.
