Capture One users now have access to Mastin Labs film presets
The Kodak Everyday Original style pack includes Kodak Gold 200, Kodak Ektar 100, and Kodak Tri-X 400.
Mastin Labs has been doing an excellent job with its film presets for Lightroom, ACR, and the iOS Filmborn app for a number of years now. The presets are loyal to the filmstocks they set out to emulate, and for most images, don’t require much tweaking after the fact. Now, Mastin’s looks are available in the Capture One editing software.
Capture One users can download a three-pack of classic Kodak film presets for $99 that includes Kodak Gold 200, Kodak Ektar 100, and Kodak Tri-X 400.
According to Mastin the presets work well for weddings, landscapes, travel, and candid moments with friends. Capture One users will also have the option to use the presets within a custom workspace—something that will be unique to the platform.
Although at the moment only three presets are available, Mastin Labs says that they are planning to roll out more in the future.
