Hot off the news of Fujifilm offering custom leather skins for UK buyers, the company has re-partnered with luxury store Harrods and high-end luggage maker Globe-Trotter for a new series of bags and cameras for those willing to drop some serious funds on unique looking offerings.
Harrods and Fujifilm have previously offered an all-black X100, and in 2012 brough Globe-Trotter into the fold for a limited edition X-Pro1. The new sets expand that even further, with four different X-series Fujifilm cameras up for purchase.
According to a press release, the four kits you’ll be able to buy are:
- X-E2 in Beige and Navy Blue Lizard in a Globe-Trotter 16″ Slim Attaché Case, with a Fujinon XF23mm lens, standard hand grip, EXF-20 flash, RR-90 Remote Release, leather half case, 23mm lens filter and ‘Harrods Exclusive’ luggage tag. The guide price for this set will be £2999 ($4967).
- The X100S Red Lizard Edition This exclusive kit features the Fujifilm X100S in Red Lizard, a Globe-Trotter 9″ Mini Utility Case in Black and Red and ‘Harrods Exclusive’ luggage tag. The Guide price is £1700 ($2814).
- The X-Pro1 Yellow Lizard CSC kit is ideally equipped for the aspiring professional photographer. The award winning Fujifilm X-Pro1 in Yellow Lizard is presented within a Globe-Trotter 16″ Slim Attaché Case, with XF18, 35, and 60mm Fujinon lenses, a standard hand grip, an EF-X20 Flash, 3 lens filters, and a ‘Harrods Exclusive’ luggage tag. The Guide price for this kit is £4499 ($7446).
- Lastly, the perfectly presented Fujifilm X20 is beautifully gifted in Brown Snakeskin Effect, in a Globe-Trotter 9″ Mini Utility with a ‘Harrods Exclusive’ luggage tag. The Guide price will be £1099 ($1819).
These four sets are available to buy through the Harrods Technology Department, and are doubtless available in only limited numbers. We just wish that the Fujifilm X-T1 was included in the set, since it’s the most hotly sought after of Fujifilm’s offerings right now.
